Several reasons why they deserve 5 stars and more. 1) high quality product, I understand it’s just a wrench. But it’s very very nice, perfect fit for my castle nut, comfortable to use. 10/10 quality 2) Fast customer support. 10/10 3) My product was genuinely lost in shipping, this was a first for me. I couldn’t be more grateful to have had it happen with such an honest and respectable company. They didn’t give me any fuss or make it complicated. They covered the cost on the behalf of the shipper and their mistake and sent me a new one. It wasn’t their fault it was lost, it was the shipping company; yet they still felt the need to make it right when they didn’t have to.
