Factors of production and financial literacy concepts like budgeting, sources of income, and calculating profit. The role of communication and ICT in business marketing. Computer Studies (ICT) Computer hardware and software, including the classification of computers and the function of an Operating System (OS). Practical skills in using word processors and spreadsheets, including writing formulas. Fundamentals of visual programming. Internet and online safety, covering topics like password security and identifying online threats.
